Are companies who can buy your house quickly a scam?
I am desperate to move because of nuisence neighbours. House has been on market for 3weeks now. I’m becoming increasingly impatient and want to move asap as me and my partner are terribly unhappy living here. I’ve looked into these companies and they sound too good to be true. Has anyone ever sold a property through these people for a quick sale? Please HELP!!
Thanks everyone for your comments. We have reported neighbours to enviro health last year, would we need to mention this to anyone who shows interest in our property?
I just wanted to say good luck whichever way you go, I am in the process of improving our house and eventually selling it for the same reason as you are. You aren't by any means alone, there are loads of us out there! x
3 weeks isn't very long, although it feels like it in your situation. I've read that the average time to sell a house is 12 weeks in the UK so hang in there!
As far as mentioning that you reported them, I'm sure a whole ton of people don't bother…..I don't intend to either!
Although you have to keep in mind it might get you in trouble at a later date….
