1) Double glazing in the front to brighten hallway and make attractive first impression £1500

2) Double glazing at the back £1500

3) Put gravel over our crazy paving patio £200

4) redecorate the interior painting the wood and making it white again

4) a new bathroom from our current blue to a clean and crisp white £1000

5) replace the work surface and tiling in kitchen £300

I live in Scotland and I am tying to sell my house ,I need to sell quick and have heard that their are companies that buy houses to rent them out .Is this a realistick option and how much under the market value would I be offerd?

I live on the north east of England in a really nice area. We have a 4 bed detached house and want to sell it quickly without having to drop the price too much.

Are there any tactics worth using apart from using an estate agent? Like using the internet?

I have bought another house so need another buyer for my house do I :

*Rent (I will have to pay extra on top of the rent)?
*To sell the house for cheaper to one of those organisations that does quick sales?
*Try and sell it below valuation price (that is what Im doing at present)?
*Get a bridging loan at 1% of the value of loan to set up
* Get sued by the company i have bought the new house from (will lose around 15,000)

Has anybody sold their home to a quick sale company that operates on a franchise basis? So you are not actually selling to a company as such but to an Associate of that Company? would appreciate any feedback both positive and negative, thanks. Any pitfalls to look out for? Warnings? Advice? help?

Hello I have generated a lot of uk quick house sell leads and looking for uk agents to buy them where i can find an agent who will buy all ofthe leads i have generated we generate daily leads so any help appreciated

My house has been on the market for about 6 weeks , how can iget it to sell quicker , without selling it for nothing , we are emigrating so i need to get as much as possible for it but it seems not to be selling we have had 5 viewings but they are not in a position to proceed until they sell their homes,i am torturing the estate agent but they just say well we v sent it out , i know they cant pull people in off the streets just wanted any extra ideas , have declutterd redecorated in neutral style scrubbed until have no fingers left and does anyone recomend using a couple of estate agents..or indeed doing it them selves..?
sure wondering star its in an area called eaglescliffe and is already competitively priced for a 4 bed 164 995 as there are many in the same postcode andin the next street for upto 100k + our si slightly smaller in dimensions but i mean only a foot or two.not sure what else ot add without adding the link …lol
