Companies that buy your property quickly?
just wondering if anyone has ever sold their house via one of those companies that buy your house quickly and you received slightly (?) less money that you would get on the market? Are they legit? or do they tend to rip people off and take advantage of people who are having financial difficulties?
They are legitimate, but won’t pay you the full market value of the property. You’ll get considerably less than the real value of the property, but that’s how they make their money! To a certain extent they do take advantage of people, but if you could sell your house for the full market value then you wouldn’t be looking at using them. If you have to use one of these companies then take into account the money you are saving in interest payments on the mortgage and on any loans that you are paying off. If you are in severe debt then it can be a way out, but it should be a last resort.
