Are you not even a tiny bit abashed at the fact you are going to pass off others work and research as your own? [PS: as an aside: this type of question is the bane of every student's life. The examiner is being oh-so-clever in dressing up a very simply contractual issue with all this guff about parties and tsunami's and man-eating chickens. The one bit of help I will give you is to strip out all the dressage and boil this question down to it's simplest components parts. 'A contracts to buy X from B', and so on.
